OUR BUSINESS
Effective Utilization of Metal Resources
Regenerating Industrial Core Materials for Earth Environment Conservation
The metal recycling business originated in Kuratani and specializes in collecting and selling metallic materials as specialists in industrial base metals.
Products born from our metal recycling are utilized as essential core materials in various fields of modern society. The metal recycling raw materials, as primary processed products, meet a wide range of industrial needs as materials for items such as wires and semiconductor substrates. Acting as a driving force in protecting the Earth's environment while supporting diverse industries, we are expanding our business globally.
Main Varieties
Pure Copper Recycling Raw Materials
(Product Names: Bright & Shiny Millberry, Clove, etc.)
Recycled copper materials with high purity, such as Bright & Shiny Millberry (stripped from insulated waste electrical wires) and processed nuggets (Clove), are considered as pure copper recycling raw materials. These pure copper recycling raw materials are sorted, pressed, and sold to manufacturers of copper sheets, bars, tubes, foils, and others for reuse.
Copper Recycling Raw Materials
(Product Names: Bright Candy, Candy, Birch Cliff, Copper slag, etc.)
Copper recycling raw materials with high copper purity following Bright & Shiny Millberry and Clove, generated during the dismantling of electrical equipment and from offcuts in factories of weak electrical components manufacturers, are used as raw materials primarily in our ingot manufacturing process. Copper recycling raw materials with lower copper purity and higher impurities (e.g., Birch Cliff, Copper slag) are mainly sold and reused by copper refining manufacturers.
Copper Alloy Recycling Raw Materials
(Product Names: Night, Foundry Ebony, Label(65/35), Tin Plated Label, Water Meter, etc.)
Copper alloy recycling raw materials, including bronze (an alloy of copper and tin) and brass (an alloy of copper and zinc), come in various varieties. They are generated not only from infrastructure such as water supply facilities but also from sources like ship dismantling and used coins, circulating in the recycling raw materials market. Copper alloy recycling raw materials are used as raw materials in our ingot manufacturing process and are also sold to industries such as residential facilities and various industrial valve manufacturing.
Aluminum & Stainless Steel Recycling Raw Materials
(Product Names: Photo Plates, Tata, Tata with Screws, Aluminum Cans, Stainless Steel, etc.)
Materials under this category include photo plates from printing factories, offcuts from manufacturing plants, aluminum wheels, and recovered aluminum cans. While being used as raw materials in our ingot manufacturing process, these materials are also sold to rolling manufacturers and secondary alloy manufacturers. Approximately 40% of consumed aluminum in Japan is recycled from materials like these.
