Goal 1
According to childcare leave, maintain and continue to grant leaves to eligible employees, including 2 male employees and all eligible female employees
Measures
From June 2023 |
Provide information on available systems for employees undergoing pregnancy, childbirth, and related events, such as prenatal and postnatal leave, childcare leave, childbirth leave, childcare leave benefits, exemption from social insurance premiums during childcare leave, and other systems applicable to employees raising children. |
From October 2023 |
Establish and publicize a consulting desk for childcare leave and childbirth leave. |
From October 2024 |
Conduct training for position of management on childcare and nursing leave. |
Goal 2
Increase the number of days of annual paid leave taken to 10 days or more.
Measures
March 2023 |
Assess the status of annual paid leave utilization. |
April 2023 |
Introduce a system of simultaneous granting of annual paid leave (10 days granted to new employees upon joining), and an hourly-based annual paid leave system. |
From May 2023 |
Publicize the promotion details for planned utilization through internal documents. |
From April 2024 |
Assess the status of annual paid leave utilization every six months and notify department heads. |

The action plan is as follows

Goal
As of March 2022, the average length of service for female employees among regular employees (15.4 years) exceeds that of male employees (14.8 years) by 0.6 years. This level is expected to continue exceeding the male average as of March 2025.
Measures
①From October 2022
Raise awareness of overtime work limit regulations, etc., for employees using the childcare part-time system.
②January 9, 2009
Abolish the upper limit for half-day annual paid leave.
Information Disclosure
As of April 2023, among the 5 new hires, 60% are female (3 individuals).
